The logo for Jeonju Woorisul School brings a sense of flow into a bottle silhouette. An elongated neck, rounded body and sweeping curves form a single symbol. A familiar vessel takes on a lively rhythm, suggesting a place to learn about and experience Korean drinks.

01 · From vessel to symbol

A bottle offers an immediate connection to Korean drinks. Its long neck and rounded body create a distinctive outline, while the internal negative space lightens the silhouette. A vessel that holds a drink also offers a natural association with a school that holds knowledge and experience.

Four steps explain the construction: define the vessel outline, establish a solid silhouette, introduce the main flow, and add fine curves. This diagram breaks down the finished symbol; it is not a record of the original production sequence.

02 · Anatomy of curves and space

An enlarged view reveals the contrast between the broad white field and the fine lines. The gaps between curves vary across the body, while the open field forms a continuous flow through the silhouette.

The broad open field establishes the main flow; the surrounding fine curves add rhythm. The enlarged diagram examines the relationship between these three elements.

03 · Expressions in colour

Black, dark blue, purple and a blue gradient give the same form different expressions. Solid colours emphasize the outline and negative space, while tonal variations and gradients bring attention to the internal flow.

Four colour studies: Black, Dark blue, Purple and GR Sky.

The featured gradient moves from light cyan to deeper blue. The change in brightness suggests transparent depth within the bottle, with the white curves reading like flowing waves. Together they give the mark a clear, light character.

The original colour studies keep the bottle form and lettering constant while changing the colour. This isolates the effect of colour: solid tones sharpen the outline, while the gradient gives the mark a transparent quality.

04 · Symbol and typography

The tall symbol sits above the broad Korean name, with Jeonju centred beneath it. The firm forms of SB Aggro anchor the flowing symbol, while KoddiUD OnGothic completes the Latin lettering. The arrangement balances a vertical mark with a horizontal name.

The symbol directs the eye vertically, while the broad Korean name anchors the composition below. Centred Jeonju lettering carries the same axis through the two writing systems and the symbol.

05 · The completed identity

The bottle silhouette, flowing curves, GR Sky colour and Korean and Latin lettering come together in one logo. The contrast between the upright symbol and the broad name gives a clear identity to a place for learning about and experiencing Korean drinks.
